Multistage random sampling technique was used to select the communities, villages and youths involved in yam minisett technology. The sample size was one hundred and twenty (120) yam minisett farmers. Result showed that majority (73. 34%) of the farmers had age range between 15 – 30 years, 26. 6% had farming experience of between 11 – 15 years while 55

Mail: *drbsn63@yahoo. co. in ram. fuzzy@gmail. com durgaprasad. fuzzy@gmail. com Abstract The notion of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets was first introduced by Atanassov and Gargov as a generalization of both interval-valued fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Satyanarayana et. al. , applied the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy dual ideals to BF-algebras. In this paper, we introduce the notion of fully invariant and characteristic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy dual ideals of BF-algebras and investigate s

The plant products were used at 5 g, 10 g, and 20 g, and 2. 0 g Actellic dust was used as standard check which was replicated three times and also with an untreated control. The parameters assessed include mortality, emergence, and seed damage. The results showed that Actellic dust (2 %) caused significantly higher (p < 0. 05) mortality of adult T. confusum at 24 hrs than Khaya senegalensis treated grains and the control. The

We will focus ourselves on pollution for now. The environmental problems in India are growing rapidly. The increasing economic development and a rapidly growing population that has taken the country from 300 million people in 1947 to more than one billion people today is putting a strain on the environment, infrastructure, and the country’s natural resources. Industrial pollution, soil erosion, deforestation, rapid industrialization, urbani

It can be used for evaluating several aspects of people’s well-being such as inequality, poverty and so on. It is highly interdisciplinary in nature. It can also be used as an alternative tool for social cost-benefit analysis. Thus CA is not a theory that can only explain po

Nlandu Mamingi University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Department of Economics, P. O. Box 64, Bridgetown BB11000, Barbados, W. I. Email: nmamingi@justice. com Abstract Using a model selection framework, this exploratory paper attempts to answer the fundamental question of whether Barbados crime rate fluctuations are transitory or permanent. Although not clear-cut, Barbados crime rate series follows a trend-stationary process. It means that in Barbados an unexpected change in the crime rate should not substantially alter one’s forecast of the latter in the long run. Put differently, in the long run the crime rate in Barbados should return to its natural rate. Keywords: crime, model selection, structural break, stationarity, Barbados. 1.
