I don’t know about you, but it’s certainly a favorite topic of mine! Inside you’ll find a profile of one of New York City’s most successful restaurateurs, alum Danielle Billera ’87, as well as a profile of Caleb Baker ’08 who interned at America’s Test Kitchen this past summer. We hope that whets your appetite for a meal with some of your fellow Gettysburgians since that opportunity is available through our “Dinner with Strangers” program during winter break. Worried about dining etiquette stuff? Well, we’ve got that covered too. Check out our Hot Tip of the Month column to make sure you don’t commit a culinary faux pas! Wishing you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving! Think there’s no such thing as a free lunch? Think again!!! Okay, it’s not exactly lunch, but a free din
