SUJETS D’ETUDE SESSION 2010 Thème N°1 : Les modes de distribution Le programme précise dans le point 5. 1 les objectifs et les enjeux de la distribution. « La distribution consiste à proposer les produits ou les services aux consommateurs. Cela nécessite non seulement des missions de distribution physique mais aussi des missions liées à la communication et au maintien de la relation avec les clients ». Le thème d’étude évoque simplement les modes de distribution. Il ne faut donc pas traiter un sujet qui aurait pour but de démonter uniquement le rôle et l’importance de la communication ou de la gestion de la relation client, dans un mode de distribution particulier. Ces deux points peuvent néanmoins aider à argumenter ou à expliquer l’efficacité d’un mode de distribution particulier.
