A single Endorsement “In Blank” from A to D would fail to identify a intervening party’s (B & C) and thus Mortgage Electronic Registration System, MERS would not be able to prove an agency relationship, this is a fault that cannot be corrected.

Before we answer the question; a very short history lesson on Greece, one of the cradles of the European civilization with conception before the birth of Jesus. Population of Greece is approximately 11. 2 million souls; a ratio of 30 to 1 compared to the United States of America’s population of 312,240,969; compared to all of Europe, an 80 to 1 ratio, based on a 2010 estimate of 857 million souls; so ends the lesson. Gross Domestic Product In 2009, the Gross Domestic Product of Greece was noted to be $329. 924 Billion1 whereas the United States of Americas Gross Domestic Product was stated as $14. 12 Trillion2 reflecting a 42 to 1 ratio versus Germany’s $3. 33 Trillion3 and noting the United States ratio in comparison to Germany was nearly 5 to 1

Longan, 83 U. S. 16 Wall. 271 (1872), the security follows the note. Unlike the current environment, In the Carpenter v. Longan opinion, all the secured parties were identified; in today’s modern MERS world, all the “Who’s” (subsequent intervening parties, subsequent purchasers) are not known. The principles found in the 1872 Carpenter v. Longan Opinion that the Security-follows-theNote remain today. However, MERS’s many impossible claims have interrupted, obstructed, and prevented the Security from-following-the-Note. In MERS’ model, No Security can follow the Note to a subsequent “Who” until the “Who” MERS is an agent for is first identified. (d/b/a Bank of Americas Home Loans), Bank of America Corporation, Countrywide Financial Corporation, Bank of America, N. A. , and NB Holdings Corporation. Amazing, case style reflects that Bank of America is being sued twice under different names.
