Damit können Aushilfskräfte ab 01. 01. 2013 mehr verdienen. Zu beachten ist aber, dass neu eingegangene Beschäftigungsverhältnisse in der Regel rentenversicherungspflichtig werden. Die Zugeständnisse, die jeweils kurz vor Jahresende aus Zeitnot gemacht werden, führen oft zu Gesetzesfassungen, die verfassungsrechtlich zweifelhaft sein können. This office, based in Bordeaux, specialises in international tax issues. Dominique Brunin, CEO of UCCIFE (Union des Chambres de Commerce et d Industrie Françaises à l Etranger), introduced the network of the French Chambers of Commerce and Industry abroad and the opportunities that they represent for companies developing internationally. Alexandr Papaika and Valentin Sorkin, who represent JPA International in Donetsk (Ukraine), came to present the attractiveness of the tax policy and the banking system in the Ukraine regarding foreign investment.
