MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the City of Fountain Valley and the Orange County Employees Association as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the ProfessionalfTechnical Unitforthe period beginning August 16, 2005, through August 15, 2009. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective August 16, 2005.
