MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING 2007 - 2011 SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF ORANGE AND THE ORANGE COUNTY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION FOR THE GENERAL UNIT This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the Superior Court of California, County of Orange and the Orange County Employees’ Association (“OCEA”) as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the General Unit for the period beginning September 28, 2007, through September 22, 2011. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective September 28, 2007. 1
