"Wow, Willard, sounds neat,
but I don t quite understand.
Can you show me?" was my
comment to Willard when I
bumped into him at the Express
Mart.
He started showing me how he had his car fixed to
put hydrogen power to use.
Using a couple of fruit
jars, distilled water, baking soda, some stainless
steel electrodes, a couple of nuts and bolts, and a
line to the manifold.
Well, it really wasn t quite that
simple as he started explaining that you have to adjust things for different engines…
And then a few other
things that he mentioned, but I kind of got
lost in the explanation.
However it certainly
was fascinating.
Any problems with
power? I wondered.
"None," Willard replied.
"Don t even
have to shift down on Blair hill.
" Then he started it up
so I could see how it worked.
Much better mileage he
added.
