Charlotte mortgage lender Fisher Mortgage LLC has adopted a new name to have a more
unique brand in the marketplace.
The firm has also become FHA certified.

C, USA, October 02, 2009 -- Fisher Mortgage LLC is the new name for
the Charlotte mortgage lender formerly known as First Trust Mortgage.
The company
has also become certified as a lender for FHA-backed mortgages.
?We chose the new name Fisher Mortgage to have a more unique brand name,? said
President Doug Bell.
?Fisher is an old name in my family and starts with ?Fi? like
our old name, so that makes it easier to remember.
?We also have expanded our loan offerings with FHA-guaranteed mortgages to help
first-time homebuyers and others who may have difficulty getting conventional
financing,? Bell added.
?FHA lending allows a loan up to 97 percent of the property
value, and has raised the upper limit to $300,000, so it?s useful for a lot more
people.
