Australia July 22, 2009 -- The Victorian Cosmetic Institute announced today that
they have invested in new technology with the addition of the fractional carbon
dioxide laser to extend suite of Lasers available for Cosmetic treatments at their
Melbourne clinics.
When questioned on the decision Dr Gavin Chan managing director of TVCI stated ?The
