Bank recently chose The Edcomm Group Banker?s Academy to provide training on the
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.
S.
Department of Treasury.
Focus
on OFAC will help the Full Service Bank establish and maintain an effective,
written OFAC to ensure compliance.
The federal banking agencies evaluate OFAC compliance systems to ensure that all
banks subject to their supervision comply with designated sanctions.
