NEWSLETTER
This ministry exist to help cancer patients and caregivers cope with the devastating
affects that a cancer diagnosis can cause to one’s life while also helping those
affected not to fear cancer.
Approximately 15,000 people are diagnosed with cancer
in San Diego each year.
Those who have the gifts of being a server, exhorter and
have a heart of compassion toward others who are suffering mentally and physically
from cancer, we ask that you join us in providing encouragement, education,
resources, prayer and hope in the sovereign plan of God.
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God s mighty hand, that he
may lift you up in due time.
Cast all your anxiety on him because
he cares for you.

What a Month!!

support group has been focusing on prayer this month.
We are
completing a series on AWCIPA prayer (Adoration, Waiting for God, Confessing your sins,
Intercession, Praying for yourself, and Admiring God).
Prayer is so powerful and this series has
dug deep into the meaning of each section of AWCIPA to help those in the group become prayer
warriors for themselves and others.
If you need to share your experience with cancer
and speak to others who have compassion for
what you are going through, or if you would just
like to check out the support group, please join
us on Monday nights at 6:30 in room 351 at the
Rock Church.
