This is a two part book I wrote about my life.
To some people, my life seems to have been
a non-stop adventure of having a good time.
Well, it has not been like that, and many
mistakes were made along the way.
I wish now that I could have done some things
differently then I have.
But it is too late now.
Still, it was fun, and I would not do many
things differently if I had to live it all over again.
The first part of this book, called “Been There, Done That, But Lost the T-Shirt Along the
Way” is about my travels around the world during seven years.
It was first written in 1982,
and re-written and edited in 2008.
The second part, called “ Who stopped payment on my
reality check?” is about living in Barcelona, Spain for more or less 25 years.
This book was
written as two separate books, and finally joined together, because it seemed the correct
thing to do.
