must contact head office directly to request a “postage
label” before they will pay for the cost...

Just a recap – When you receive an item that is either
broken or damaged, and need to do an exchange, you
must contact head office directly to request a “postage
label” before they will pay for the cost of shipping the
item back.
Requesting a label can be done either online through
“Contact Us” (by providing all pertinent/detailed
information, including the line #, description and that
you will be doing an exchange in your next order), or
by phone at the Customer Care number
(1-514-694-0810).
Avon will then ship you a label in
your next order to put on the package of the item you
are returning.
All other returns are at your cost!!
The postage label concept also applies to any items
that Avon has mis-shipped (did not order).
2 – DOOR KNOCKING :
When door knocking, after introducing yourself as a
representative of Avon, ALWAYS inquire as to
whether they already have an Avon rep to service
them! If they do, politely say “Great” and move on to
the next house.
If you plan to leave a brochure in the
case of no one being home, make sure to leave a note
attached to that effect as well.
3 – HOW TO BREAK EVEN :
On average, 4 packs of books (40 brochures) will have
you “break even” when placing your orders.
The cost
of the brochures themselves will be offset by the
amount of orders you are likely to get.
4 – COMPANION PROGRAM / INFO :
Placing Your Avon Order through COMPanion.

Once you have input all your orders in COMPanion,
your next step is to download to Avon online.
Prepare customer orders to be transferred to your
Avon online order
1.
In the Orders window, select Avon orders in the
menu at left.
2.
Click the Download customers orders to my
online order button.
A Prepare Order for your Online
Purchase Order dialog box appears.
3.
Click send - a Verifying Orders to Send dialog box
appears.
4.
Select the option button for the Campaign.
5.
Click continue - a confirmation message should
appear - click continue.
6.
The Prepare Order for Online Purchase Order
reappears.
You are now finished with COMPanion - log out.
Return to the Avon website (your home page where
Avon welcomes you).
Towards the bottom of the page
there should be a message that reads : You have a
regular order pending.
To complete please click
here.
A blank Step 1 Order Products page will appear.
(You
can use this area to order Magalogs, samples, delivery
bags, demos, anything you forgot to enter on
COMPanion.
) If you don t need to order here, click on
Go to next step OR Step 2.
Step 2 - this is where you order your brochures.
(Please remember to order the # of packs you
need, in multiples of 10, NOT the # of brochures
required!! Head Office will NOT refund for wrong
amount ordered if you are charged for too many.
