hundreds of letters with different technologies and all kind of propositions, but we are not asking
you to believe in this technology at the moment, we are only requesting you to give us the
opportunity to prove this technology works at no cost for the well being of our nation.

matter to our nation and especially to four states of the Union.

consequences of the British Petroleum Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico and our commitment to
