Chicago, Illinois -- On January 30, 2012, AAA Appliance Service Center®
established a new website for its customers.
The site is configured to rapidly
provide what customers need when a refrigerator is not working, the phone number
to the service dispatcher and online access to service scheduling.
Some customers are most comfortable working with computers and for those
customers the site provides direct access to the corporate scheduling computer
system via multiple places.
Some customers are most comfortable having conversations with people and for
these customers the website predominately displays the phone number to the
Customer Assistance Center.
This display of the phone number is not just easy to
read large characters, but the phone number is in a position that does not
require scrolling down the page to find.
Communication with the Customer Assistance Center thru the phone or internet is
a key part of AAA Appliance Service Center® delivering an outstanding customer
service
