El examen clínico demuestra doloro intenso a la palpación y signos de peritonitis o abdomen agudo. Se comienzan tests incluyendo amilasa y sistemático. Se organiza radiografía de torax en bipedestación y ECO abdominal. Se comenta el caso al cirujano de guardia el cual te pide especificamente que no des analgesia hasta que lo vea él. EVIDENCIA Tesis inicial: ante un dolor abdominal agudo, ¿puede la analgesia afectar a la valoración posterior por el cirujano? OBJECTIVES: Heartburn and acid refl ux are common medical disorders in pregnancy and can result in serious discomfort and complications. Furthermore, some pregnant women also experience more severe gastrointestinal conditions, such as Helicobacter pylori infections, peptic ulcers, and Zollinger – Ellison syndrome. To allow the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in pregnancy, the fetal safety of this drug class must be established. The aim of this study is to determine the fetal safety of PPIs during early pregnancy through systematic literature review. METHODS: All original research assessing the safety of PPIs in pregnancy was sought from inception to July 2008. Two independent reviewers identifi ed articles, compared results, and settled differences through consensus. The Downs – Black scale was used to assess quality. Madrid. Verano de 2006 odos decían que se movía en la barra vertical como ninguna. Esperaban impacientes, hasta que una voz en off, fría y monocorde, anunciaba su número: —¡Y ahora con todos ustedes el exotismo de Indonesia, la belleza escultural venida de las islas del amor. Disfruten con… la Javanesa! Y salía, como de un sueño, desde el fondo entelado del pequeño escenario, iluminada por dos cañones de humo de color azul plomado, completamente desnuda. Bellísima. La actuación duraba exactamente 4 minutos y 11 segundos, el tiempo que duraba La Javanaise. Zaida interpretaba en playback la versión de Madelaine Peyroux con una sincronía perfecta. Durante los primeros 25 segundos saludaba al público, describiendo un círculo alrededor de la barra, y luego, en un elegantísimo impulso, saltaba al metal y cantando su canción, serpenteaba, serpenteaba, serpenteaba. The statistical methods and their technical meaning are well established. There is less clarity about the concise interpretative wording that authors should use, especially in the abstract and conclusions and by others in commentaries. The following guidance assumes that one short sentence needs to capture the essence of a trial’s findings for the primary endpoint. Various scenarios can arise (figure). Apenas hay revistas o eventos científicos en los que no se exija a los autores de sus artículos o comunicaciones el envío de propuestas en forma de resumen. En el caso de los artículos, es el resumen la forma en la que los lectores tendrán su primer contacto con ellos, y será así el que determine el interés por conocer el contenido global que sintetiza. Además, la inclusión de los resúmenes en las bases de datos (PubMed, EMBASE, etc. ) permite una gran difusión mundial de aquéllos, que son accesibles tanto para profesionales como para público en general. Respecto a las comunicaciones, los resúmenes son los únicos instrumentos de que disponen los evaluadores para admitir o no aquella información que compilan. Se ha observado
