The Homing Pigeon Summer 2010 Verano June, 2010 The Beltran family Esperanza, Rodrigo, and their children Grasiela & Rodrigo Jr. were recognized at the May Family Activity at the Opportunity Center for their continual support of the educational programs in which their children participate. The family had 100% attendance at the Opportunity Center s monthly family activities during the past year. The Beltran family is actively involved in various activities and components of the Migrant Education Program. They are models for all of us; and a reminder that "Parents ARE their children s first and most important teachers". The Beltran family attended the State PAC meeting last November. Mr. Rodrigo Beltran is an Adams County PAC representative for the term 2008-2010.
