1 ______________________________________________________________________ OCFA__________ __________OCEA MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING RELATING TO EMPLOYEES IN THE GENERAL AND SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATION UNITS 2006–2011 ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY AND ORANGE COUNTY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION FOR THE GENERAL AND SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT UNITS This is a consolidated Memorandum of Understanding that sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the Orange County Fire Authority and the Orange County Employees Association, as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the General Unit and Supervisory Management Unit for the period beginning December 14, 2006, through December 13, 2011. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective December 14, 2006.

AGREEMENT TO EXTEND THE TERMS OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN IRVINE CITY EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION AND CITY OF IRVINE The Irvine City Employee Association (ICEA) and the City of Irvine (City) agree to extend the terms of the 2006-2008 Memorandum of Understanding for the period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 with the following amendments: Article XIV - Salary: D. 4. Wage and Salary Range Adjustment (Add to Existing Language) Effective the payroll period that includes July 1, 2008, the salary ranges of the classifications covered by this Agreement and the base salary of employees in the bargaining unit who are actively employed as of July 1, 2008, shall be increased by four percent (4%. ) Article XVIII - Benefits (Insert New Band C and Re-number Remainder of Provisions D through I) B. Effective January 1, 2009 employees will have the option of enrolling themselves and/or their dependents into a no-cost medical plan rather than being subject to the cap as set forth in Article

RESOLUTION NO. 2008·3947 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YORBA LINDA, RELATING TO THE CLASSIFICATION, COMPENSATION AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT OF MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the City management and employee representatives have met and conferred in good faith to reach an agreement to provide certain classes of the City s employees with salary increases and other benefits pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et seq. ; and WHEREAS, the City desires to provide certain salary increases and changes in benefits to its employees as provided in the recommendation contained in the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 1, 2008.
